If you have any questions about the status of your order after you've placed it, or any problem once you have received it, please email us at shop@leighcrews.com. We can usually answer your questions by return email. We do not have a toll-free number, but you may contact us by telephone if you wish. Our telephone number is 295-7833, the area code is 706.
How To Order Online
For step-by-step, illustrated shopping tutorial, click on this link.Near each of the items in our collection, you'll see an 'Add To Cart' button.
To make a selection, just enter the quantity of items and click the 'add' button. The item(s) will then be added to your virtual shopping basket. To view the contents of your shopping cart, review totals, add or remove items, click on the 'View Basket' link at the top of bottom of each page.
When you've finished selecting products, click on the 'Checkout' link. You will be transferred to a secured server where you will be required to enter your billing, shipping and payment information. Following completion of your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email. On all credit card orders, the order confirmation will also serve as your invoice. Print a copy for your records.
Please note that if you do not provide an email address at checkout, you will not receive a confirmation email.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the unused items (excluding CDs, DVDs, videos, audios and printed materials such as manuals, flash cards, charts, etc.) within 30 days from the date of transaction for a full refund (excluding shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees). Please email for a return authorization number and instructions. A copy of the Return Authorization must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to not accept returns that are in poor condition, do not have a return authorization number, or are not returned within 15 days of return authorization.
Workshop Registration Policy
Late Day: Each workshop has a posted Late Day. This is the final day for early registration and/or refunds. Registration fees will not be charged to your credit card prior to the Late Day.Notification in Writing: For any requirement of "notification in writing" email will be acceptable providing it originates from the same address as the original registration and provided you reference your unique Transaction Reference Number. Send email to shop@leighcrews.com.
Group Rates: Group Rates may be offered for 5 or more paid registrations from the same group or company if received on or before the Late Day.
Cancellation: If we cancel a scheduled workshop for which you have registered, you will not be charged. We will attempt to notify you by phone or email in the event of a cancellation. You may cancel your registration by "notification in writing" prior to the Late Day and receive a full refund. No refund will be made if you cancel your registration after the Late Day.
Session Changes: Session changes may be requested by "notification in writing" prior to the workshop or "in person" at the workshop and will be accomodated on a "space available" basis. Your registration fee will be adjusted accordingly.
No Show: If you do not show up for a workshop for which you have registered you will not receive a refund.
Registration Transfer: You may request by "notification in writing" that your paid registration be transferred to another person. Any request received prior to the Late Day will be accomodated. Requests received after the Late Day will be accomodated whenever possible.
All refunds will be credited within 60 days of the scheduled workshop date.

Security Policy
Dynalife values your business and is committed to doing everything possible to make our online ordering process 100% secure.The Dynalife Pro Shop supports SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption when transmitting your account information. SSL is the industry standard security protocol Dynalife uses to communicate with your secure browser (such as Netscape and Internet Explorer). The section of the site that is secured is the checkout area. Our entire check-out/purchase process is conducted in a secure environment.
You will know that you are in a secure section of the site when the "key" in the lower left corner of your browser window turns solid blue (for some older version browsers) or the "padlock" appears in the lower right corner of your browser window . Both symbols will indicate that the encryption process is active. "Encryption" means that the information you are giving us (like your credit card number) is sent to our server in a way that is extremely difficult to be decoded. In the nearly impossible event that your credit card number is stolen, you are only liable for up to $50 of losses from credit card theft--just as if your credit card were physically stolen from you.

Warranty
Dynalife, Inc. provides no warranty in lieu of or in addition to any which may be provided by the original manufacturers of products presented in our shop.TOPSPRI®Products Limited 90-day warranty
SPRI® warrants that the products sold by it are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the invoice date (SPRI® Flat Band products are excluded from this warranty). Should your product show signs of defective workmanship or material prior to the expiration of the 90 day warranty, you should email to receive an exchange authorization number and instructions. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product by SPRI®, and all transportation, shipping and return costs shall be at your expense. This warranty does not extend to any defect or problem caused by the negligence or acts of you or others, failure to maintain the product in accordance with instructions furnished with the product, unreasonable use, accidents, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear. SPRI® WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, including but not limited to use of any product, loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages with respect to persons, business or property, whether as a result of breach of warranty, negligence or otherwise. Sales Tax
