LEMOND GROUP CYCLING FOUNDATION TRAINING (8 Hours)

This instructor workshop is a full-day comprehensive education program that that is designed directly from the innovations of Greg LeMond. It provides practical "cycling based" training for learning the fundamentals of group indoor cycling, but with particular attention to finer details that will prepare you to be a champion teacher!
